As I began to learn about the world of blogging I informed my mom that she would be able to see our pictures online. Her response was something like "it's not safe, there's too many weird people who will look at it." Now, mom can't wait for new posts to be added! Also included are various videos so that mom can see her grandsons in action. To all your unsafe and weird people who view this page (mostly due to mom's adversiting) we hope you enjoy!

What did you say?
June 2013 William got to pick a "prize" from our "caught you being good jar." He pulled out "skip a school subject for one day." He immediately said spelling since tomorrow is his spelling test!! He wasn't too happy when I told him that wouldn't count. :)
February 2013 After losing two teeth in one day William woke me up early to tell me what the Tooth Fairy left him. "Mom look I got a whole one dollar for my teeth!" Awesome. "It's for you. 'Cause you pulled out one of my teeth and you don't have any cash." No that's ok you keep it. "No mom I want you to have it. You need it more than me." *melts my heart moment* He did end up keeping the money but said "I'll buy you something nice with my dollar!" Gosh I love that boy!
November 2012 Yesterday I was explaining to William about growth spurts and how he was getting ready for one since he was eating so much. This morning after doing his school work and wanting to do more he said "I must be going through a SMART spurt! That's the way I grow smart!"
July 2012 "I want more Bear Poop!"- Matthew "Poop please"- Samuel "Is it really bear poop?" William still hesitates every time he gets one. I bought the boys "Bear Poop" from Alaska. It's just chocolate covered nuts. But it's still funny to hear them ask for bear poop.
October 2011- I think we need to make banana bread more often. Part of Matthews' speech practice is our word wall. It's where we post target words along with a helper sentence "I want more _____ please." While sharing banana bread with Samuel, Matthew comes up to us, points to his "word wall" and said "I want bite please."
"What is that tasty smell that's going through my nose?" William about the fresh banana bread that Eric made.
August 2011 Matthew climbed into my lap this morning and said "please Star Wars song." Although it wasn't perfectly clear I could understand him. He was so happy once it was playing and the boys are dancing to the music. Good job Matthew!
April 2011 Matthew still doesn't talk. But we know he can understand us since he follows commands. The other day I poured some star puffs on the table for Samuel to snack on. As the older two came running over to help themselves I said "No Samuel, I mean Matthew you can't have any." To which Matthew pointed to himself and said "We-um" Since I didn't say no to William, Matthew changed his name so he could be the one to eat.
April 5 2011 Samuel takes his first steps. 2 steps from the coffee table to the couch. Later 4 steps from Nai Nai to me. Repeated when Eric came down but would not perform for the video camera.
February 2011 I talked to William while he was eating his cereal about the importance of sleeping and how when he gets up early he wakes Matthew up, and Matthew is younger and needs more sleep etc. William put down his spoon, looked at me and said "Mom my ears hurt. You're talking too much and I'm tired of listening. You can talk about something else just not about sleeping."
December 2010 I was explaining to William why we don't put up expensive Christmas decorations. I then told him that he wouldn't get a expensive gift from us. He said that's ok. Me: "But William I think you'll like what we bought you." William: "What is it?! Bacon?!" Guess he likes bacon more than we realized.
October 2009 William lifts up his bib after eating and declares "Look at my tummy! I'm full. I can't fit any more."
September 2009 William: I need a credit card. Mom: A what? William: A credit card. I need to go buy something.
Matthew is crying. Mom: What's wrong Matthew? Why are you crying? William: He says he wants to play with Legos. Can you get them for me?

That is so cute! I love it, and there is nothing better than cookies and milk. You go William!
How cute! I want to just squeeze him. I think he is starting to look more like Eric. Joci would love to play with him. We should make a play date. ;)
